How To get missing Transport button(STMS) in SAP

Steps:

  • One of the TR from import buffer/queue dose not have the "Target Client".
  • Click on "Set Target Client" button and enter  a Client .
  • Now button will appear.

    What could cause this issue? Is the tr released improperly?
